Personalize Your Twitter

Want to personalize your Twitter page?!
I bet you do!

One of the strategic parts of having an online business is using your logos and branding for everything.  This includes all your social media sites.  So how do you personalize your twitter to look like you?!  It's easy, and here's some step by step instructions to help you:

1.) Go to your twitter homepage.  Your homepage URL should look something like this http://twitter.com/#!/katersacres
2.) At the top of the page click "Edit Your Profile"

3.)On that page you can change your avatar. I use the same avatar for all my sites so I am easier to find!

4.) Then in the LEFT HAND COLUMN you will see "DESIGN" - CLICK IT!

5.)Near the BOTTOM of the page you will see "Customize Your Own."  Simply UPLOAD a picture (avatar or banner thing).
6.)If you click "TILE" it will repeatedly put your picture all over the background. I have used by old FaceBook Banner on my page and have NOT tiled it so it appears & stays ONCE!  You can see it here.

And that's it!  You've now done it!  You've successfully branded and created your own Twitter page.

Good to know! I'm hoping the ability to Preview is built in, rather just clicking to Save. Thank you :D

Thanks Jill - I'm not sure if it is or not....but I don't think so, or at least I haven't found it yet.

This is so great! Definitely a nice help! I def need to get going on creating a logo just not really sure what to use since it's jewelry. Right now I just have as the background a pic of some vintage beads I purchased a while back.
