2015 Polymer Clay Challenge - Week 46 with #KatersAcres #2015PCChallenge

Week 46

My 2015 polymer clay challenge was to create (at least) one polymer clay dragon & one new Parker a week. You can read my personal challenge here. Each participant is encouraged to challenge themselves to something they want to do. Let’s see what this week brought me…

Meet Gingy

Polymer Clay Dragon "GINGY" by Katie Oskin of KatersAcres, Ready for Adoption on EtsyLike many of the other dragons in the Magical Creature Containment Zone, Gingy, is a very rare dragon. He is a very old dragon who hibernates for 9 months out of the year, appearing only during the Holiday season. Parker stumbled upon him on accident one day while wandering through the Magical Forest. Gingy is kind, patient, and caring. Everywhere he goes there’s a sweet and spicy smell of gingerbread accompanies him. When Parker left, he kissed Molasses right on the forehead, leaving his “Parker shaped spot” behind.

Gingy is jointed in his arms & legs allowing him to sit on a shelf. Because he is a “shelf-sitter” he leans down and to his left as though he’s “looking” over the shelf.
