Meet my NEW Polymer Clay Studio Assistant

KatersAcres NEW Polymer Clay Studio Assistant

Mocha Latte

I know that Tuesday is generally an all polymer clay day … but I HAD to take this opportunity to introduce you to our newest family member and my new polymer clay studio helper, Mocha Latte.

My New Polymer Clay Studio Helper

KatersAcres Polymer Clay Studio Assistant, Mocha LatteMy new polymer clay studio assistant, Mocha Latte is still pretty young, but is going to grow up to be a great girl. As many of you know we lost our beloved Daisy in November. Due to health reasons we had to make the very difficult and heart wrenching decision to do what was best for her. Our hearts & our home was empty and broken. We are dog people and if nothing else, Daisy taught us how much we would come to rely on a dog for all kinds of things.

My husband & I officially adopted our new fur baby on Friday, Feb. 13th … just in time for Valentine’s Day. She was still young and small and we were not allowed to take her home until she was 8 weeks old. That day came yesterday, Monday, Feb. 16th. *Insert cheers here*

Vital Statistics:

Name: Mocha Latte Oskin

Birthday: December 16, 2014

Breed: Lab Mix (likely Boxer or Shar Pei too)

Please help me welcome Mocha!

While it will be awhile until Mocha is able to be my polymer clay studio assistant, I will be training her and raising her. It’s been over 13 years since I raised a puppy … and even then I didn’t do it myself. My Mom did it … I taught the dog “tricks” like “shake” and “roll over.”

If you are a dog person, leave me any wisdom, advice, resources, and anything else you can think of in the comments below.
