The theme for this challenge is SPRING! Lisa has 365 Carmex jars on her blog where you can see all her innovative designs. Where to Get a Tutorial?

Looking for a tutorial on how to cover a Carmex Jar? Lisa offers a tutorial in two of her books as well as two different tutorials right here online:

Please remember that this months Challenge requires the use of SPRING themes. Use these tutorials as guides only.

How to Enter:

  • Purchase a Carmex jar at your local drugstore or grocery.
  • Decorate the top of the jar only, with polymer clay & mixed media elements.
  • Bake your topper (do not bake the bottom half with the Carmex in it).
  • Photograph your jar.
  • Add your photos to the photo album in our FaceBook Group … OR … Send your photos to me via email.
  • Jars due by April 30, 2015. No exceptions.


  • Your jar must contain Spring thematic elements.
    • Examples: Flowers, pastel colors, bugs, etc.
  • Photographs must be receive by April 30, 2015, 11:59PM EST.
  • Winner will be chosen by Lisa Pavelka.
