Polymer Clay Dragon
Rider – Week 18
This week brought me Rider, the polymer clay dragon! My 2016 polymer clay challenge is to create (at least) one polymer clay dragon (or fantasy creature) a week, one fantasy face a month, and one marionette for the year. Each participant in the 2016 Polymer Clay Challenge is encouraged to make something they want and decide on their own theme for the year. While themes are not required to participate, a commitment to start & finish one item per week is required.
This is Rider. Rider is a rough and tough dragon. He’s a teenager and like all teenagers, Rider loves trouble. Or … maybe it’s trouble that likes him. Rider pops up everywhere in the Magical Forest. He’s tried to lure Parker into some daredevil stunts, but thus far Rider has not been able to corrupt Parker. Rider comes and goes as he pleases but can usually be found in the marshlands.
Components Used: Hand-blended Custom Color Premo! Polymer Clay, Glass eBeads, Mica Powders, Blending Chalks, Acrylic Paint
