Color Palette Inspiration: Sunrise Warmth
Posted on July 18, 2013 in Creative Prompts by Katie Oskin
Again for this color inspiration blog post today, I am choosing to show you a color palette, filled with my own hand blended clay from my studio. I hope that you and your adventures of playing, as you get tired, as you run out of ideas, and as you wane that you will have all kinds inspiration through color palettes.
Using color palettes either from those online, or mostly those I have generated myself in my studio, would inspire me to create designs and new artwork. As I state often, it is through these palettes that I can be most fully productive and creative. As you can tell from all of my designs, I very much like color. Color drives me and my creations. You will see very few of my pallets, that do not have a lot of color in them. I’m not one for neutrals, or even pastels. But jewel tones and bold bright colors truly bring my imagination to life…and in turn, bring Parker & Lolly to life as well.
