Polymer Clay Galaxy Tutorial

Polymer Clay GALAXY Tutorial by KatersAcresI have a “thing” for space and always have. When I was a child I wanted to go to Space Camp and become an astronaut. [Ever seen the movie Space Camp? It’s fantastic!] My family and I would lay outback on an old waterbed mattress and stare up at the stars. During the day the sun would warm the mattress and throughout the cooler evenings we still had a warm place to lay. We did this all throughout the summer for many years. It’s one of my favorite memories. In part because of my love for space, I’m very excited to share this polymer clay galaxy tutorial with you! I have been working on this tutorial for months and it’s finally ready.
There is no other technique tutorial like this one available for polymer clay. This tutorial will show 4 ways to make a galaxy. It uses 4 different mediums. Each medium will provide you with direction on how to use the products to their greatest potential for this effect. This tutorial will teach you how to create realistic polymer clay galaxies. It will also introduce you to some products you may never have thought you could use on polymer clay. But don’t worry, if you are an avid clayer, one medium you likely already have. Please note that this tutorial was designed and written specifically for use on Premo! or Soufflé polymer clays.
Because I’m so excited to share this with you and want as many people to try this new technique as possible, for a limited time only, this tutorial is available for an introductory price at 25% off! In addition, right now you can get a free polymer clay galaxy travel paint tin worksheet.

What Can You Make?

Remember that this is a tutorial to make your own polymer clay galaxy veneers. This means that it is a flat clay sheet that you will have to manipulate to make something out of it. The possibilities are endless and are only limited by your own imagination. Here’s a few samples of what I did with some of my galaxy veneers.

Hi Katy
Do you happen to know if the required supplies are available in the UK?
Shipping from the US is too expensive and we get hit with tax as well.
All the best,
