Mixing colours and making mokume gane is always a treat. You just never know what you’re going to come up with. There is no right or wrong with clay. Even someone who has never worked with it can make a round bead 🙂

Polymer clay is what keeps me calm and off nerve medication. I spent years on xanax and others trying to stop my panic attacks and sleeping pills to try and stop my nightmares, it was when they said i should try prozac that i decided it was enough. I tried several crafts but with polymer clay i can create anything from sculptures to jewelry and more, so now my mind is always occupied with what i can do next, reading learning and so much more. If you ever see my items you will see it’s pretty much all Christi inspired. She is fabulous. Anyway i am in control of my life and no more panic attacks, and only the every once in a blue moon nightmare from stress.
