Friesen Fridays - Book 7 of the Friesen Project for 2013

It’s here, a brand new book, new projects, and of course oodles of fun! Remember: Tutorials can not be completed without the book.  Please order the book here.

How are You Doing?

I hope that each and every one of you are enjoying your journey through Christi’s books.  By now you have had the opportunity to make approximately 25 projects! Wow, that’s a lot of projects.  If you are behind or are missing projects, you can easily get the tutorial listing and link to purchase the books here.

What to Expect:

Book 7 Woodland Creatures Cover

This book follows the pattern of Christi’s previous book, “Bird of a Feather.”  This book is literally stuffed with fun projects and information to help you in your claying experience. I love this book, probably because I love animals so much.

Choosing which projects we would tackle during this month have proved to be more challenging for me. Why? Because honestly, I want to do them all!

Tutorials Listing for August

This month many of your children are going back to school and there are lots of ends that will need to be tied up. Feel free to work on your projects with me, or work on projects that we are not doing, but please be sure to get into your studios and play with your clay!

Aug. 9 – Fox or Squirrel – Page 25 & Page 10 respectively

Aug. 16 –Silver Hare – Page 39

Aug. 23 –Moose – Page 33

Aug. 30 – 5th Friday Celebration – Woodland Creature Sculpture of Choice!
