a Year Long Commitment to Polymer Clay

Have YOU Joined Yet?

Join the 2015 Polymer Clay ChallengeEarlier this week I initiated a challenge to the entire polymer clay community: to challenge yourself in 2015. I challenged all polymer clay artists to start and finish a minimum of ONE project a week. With all the new & exciting things that are opening up in the polymer clay community, it’s time to challenge yourself! If I can do it, so can you!

My Personal 2014 Challenge

Valentine's Day Parker with Rainbow & Heart Flowers - Polymer Clay StoryBook Scene by KatersAcresEvery year I challenge myself to make & release 52 StoryBook Scenes and release one a week to my Etsy store. This year (2014) is the first year in 4 years that I am coming in under quota, ending the year with only 48 StoryBook Scenes, 4 weeks left incomplete. With my current workload & orders, those last 4 will not get made. 🙁

My 2015 Polymer Clay Challenge

Polymer Clay Dragons by KatersAcresWith everything else that I have on my plate for 2015, I’m pushing myself to the limits, working harder, developing & honing my skills further, and having a blast every time I create! After all, why create things if it doesn’t make you happy? In 2015 I challenge myself to the following:

  • Make 1 new Parker StoryBook Scene OR figurine a week.
  • Make 1 new Dragon, Beastie, or other Magical Creature for Parker’s Magical Forest per week.

So in addition to Polymer Clay Adventure, The Pavelka Project, being a part of the 2015 Sculpey Design Squad, & Parker’s Tutorial Club, somehow I will conquer this as well!

Are you looking to challenge & stretch yourself, increase your skills, & be productive in 2015? Come on & join us. Take part in this worldwide, global initiative to make 2015 the BEST year for polymer clay ever! CLICK HERE to find out more information & learn how to join.

  1. I want to join the 2015 Polymer Clay Challenge and also attend the virtual retreat. Wouldn’t that be the bomb?
