Iced coffee has never tasted better than on a 90+ degree day, such as we had here yesterday in NW Pennsylvania. One of my favorite summer drinks is by far iced coffee. I used to spend over $3.00 on ONE of these at the nearest Dunkin’ Donut or Starbucks. But now, I’ve gotten smarter! I’ve figured out how to make the PERFECT cup of iced coffee, each and every time. And the best part, it costs only about $0.30 per glass to make. So, if you’re a fan of this cooled down, chilled out, version of the famous Cup of Joe, you’ve got to try this! You can tailor this base iced coffee recipe to suit your tastes. Experiment and find what combination you like and let us know!
The best summer treat ever, iced coffee.
EASY ICED COFFEE:
with your KEURIG
You will need:
1 – Tall CLEAR glass
1 – Extra Bold K-cup of your choice
Milk or creamer
Sweetener of your choice
LOTS of ice!
Directions:
First fill your clear glass all the way to the top with ice (yes that’s right, all the way to the ti-pity top)! Then using your Keurig, brew the SMALLEST sized cup of coffee directly over the ice. Then add milk, creamer, & sugar until the desired taste is achieved.
I use about 4 tbs. milk & 2 tbs. CoffeeMate Italian Sweet Creme (liquid version).

I make coffee ice cubes so the coffee is not diluted by all the melted ice.
