Just like out clothing, many things in the craft world gain a resurgence after a time. Like Mokume Gane who had a recent resurgence last year, this year silkscreening is making a big comeback. Silkscreening is by no way a new concept to the art world as a whole or to the polymer clay community. One of the biggest issues that my students and new clayers face is learning to play with color and not to be afraid to do it. Today I’m going to walk you through a very simple process of how you can learn to play with triadic colors on the color wheel and make your own simply by learning how to play with polymer clay colors straight from the package.
Wow! I’m so humbled. Once again, my work was chosen to be published in print in the most recent March/April 2016 edition of Polymer Cafe Magazine. I’m blown away!
